Terumi has two main powers I want to go over here in the permissions post. One has to deal with his Nox Nyctores: Ouroboros and the other is about his memory stealing ability as a ghost. Just let me know which ones you would like Terumi doing to your character at some points and which ones are totally off limits.

Nox Nyctores: Ouroboros. Ouroboros is a snake head like blade that snaps shut on an energy chain. It is one of Hazama's main weapons as he uses it to move around quickly and to strike out at enemies with. It also has a nasty ability to mess with the emotions of Hazama's enemies. The effect is it draws out negative emotions during battle. It brings up all those nasty thoughts and memories people try to keep buried deep inside. This is one way Hazama learns about people as he fights them and uses it to gain an upperhand in combat.

So that's about it for that one. Y/N/Pie?

Memory Stealing: Terumi is not a complete being as his body is artificial and his true form is that of a green, black, and red ghost. While he is in this form, he can 'eat' memories from people be diving inside them and stealing the memory. This would most likely be a battle of wills thing and he can probably be pushed out by a strong enough person/bender in this case. Though it could also be fun to plot with people who want to get rid of those pesky dark memories to go to Hazama for help.

And that's about it on that one too. Y/N/Cake?

John Crichton: Oh we so have to plot something with these two.
Nox Nyctores: That is the coolest thing and I totally want you to use it on Crichton. Crichton has a lot for him to draw on I think. I say you can use it freely on Crichton and we can just see where it goes.

Memory Stealing: I think it would also be really interesting to plot something with this. The battle of wills part sound like a fun idea considering Crichton's extra passenger. The only thing with that one is I definitely want to talk out the details before he loses any memories.

Prisoner Number 6: Same deal with both. Use the Ouroboros on him at will, but ask before doing the memory one.

yes to using the Ouroboros, if they get in a fight, but let me know ahead of time so i can think of suitable memories/emotions to bring out??? because spontaneity is hard. and depending on the Persona she has equipped (assuming she has access to them), it might not be possible for him to make her angry, because Null Rage sure is a skill she can use.

for the memory stealing, he can try? unless she's willingly going along with it, i think he's more likely to get spit out by Minako's Personas. unless he can overwhelm then, IN WHICH CASE things will get very interesting very fast. :')

Noted. Though it isn't just rage the Ouroboros draws out. It brings out negative memories too. It's a nasty weapon.

Yes to the Ouroboros stuff, but gonna say no on the memory-stealing bit. While Sanji has some dark/sad memories in his past, he also in no way wants to loose those (would they be retrievable?)

The memories could be retrievable as it seems he takes them into himself. So with the use of bending, they could probably be pulled out of Terumi and given back to Sanji at some point if you ever wanted to look into it as a plot later on down the road?

Memory Stealing: You really don't want to try it. Seamus had his brain's neocortex surgically striped away and replaced with a cybernetic implant. All his memories and higher functions are routed through a VR Matrix stored within his head. Trying to dive inside could leave Terumi trapped inside an artificial environment, and in the VR Matrix Harper is god.

Nox Nyctores: Would hurt Harper just fine but would have no effect on drawing out memories or thoughts. (see above)

Nox Nyctores: Sure! Note that this could actually turn the favor of the fight against him, since... lol Ryoji is made up of pretty much all negative emotions about people wanting the world to end so it could easily trigger his Shadow form.

Memory Stealing: Possibly, but I would really like to talk about it first.

For both Jack and Julie, yes to the Nox Nyctores. That'd mess either of them up pretty good :T

Let's talk about it first before any memory stealing happens because that'd definitely be something to know about beforehand. For Julie some potentially compromising information could potentially be stolen. Jack has a helluva lot of memories TO steal, plus he has his teeth with his human memories in them now, so that might be interesting to play around with?

Nox Nyctores: Yes, you can do that, but bringing up Dead End's negative emotions would probably be counter-productive in a fight, as full negative is how he's used to fighting from before Nautilus. And then there's his really nasty side...

Zoro would probably want to spar with him and bringing out negative emotions is fine because that's something he has to overcome anyway.

Also, for the memory stealing, it'd be fun to have a battle of wills because Zoro is pretty strong minded

SURE to the first! Though negative emotions for this derp are more likely to be things like self-doubt and feelings of incompetence or at least inability (not trained enough, not fast enough, not strong enough, etc). Depending on how /deeply/ Terumi can pull memories from, there's also VERY VERY VERY old memories and "training" from when Wheeljack was still a sparkling (literally millennia ago). (headcanon alert!:) He was built originally as a mining slave where most of the other miners were hardened convicts, so both his masters and most of his fellow slaves were commanding and cruel, and even for a good while /after/ he escaped, it took him a /long/ time to learn to defend himself . . . and to be /okay/ with defending himself and not just rolling over and taking whatever the other person wanted to do because ultimately it meant less pain and punishment. Soooo yeah, that kind of thing could be interesting to play with, no? =3;;;

As for the second, I saw you answered already that the memories /can/ be recovered? As long as they're ultimately recoverable, I'd be willing to plot and play with some possibilities if you'd like. =3

I would love to play with the Nox and Wheeljack. It could be fun with all of those deep issues. It would be a kind of thing where the longer they fight the deeper the Ouroboros can dive into his emotions. I definitely want to plot with this.

And yes, the memories can be returned via Terumi or maybe even pulled back out of him for people with bending. And yes, I want to definitely want to plot with this later.
